Product Launch: “Know Before You Go!®, Water Safety For ALL”

Swim Strong is excited to launch Phase 2 of their new water safety educational programming:    Our world is changing before our eyes and becoming much more watery as a result.   Our water levels are rising more than an inch per year; our storms are becoming much more intense causing significantly more flooding and in many cities our waterfronts are being developed, providing access to a variety of open water situations to people who many not understand the nature and danger of that water nor have the skills to safely navigate them.   As a result our unintended death due to drowning and water based accident rates are rising.

Did you know that on a global basis a person dies every 70 seconds due to drowning?   That for every death, 5 more people are suffering life altering brain and spinal cord related water based accidents?   Here in the U.S., an average of 10 people die daily due to drowning with the 50 commensurate people experiencing life altering changes due to water based accidents.  95% of these situations were PREVENTABLE!!!!

Families need to be educated about water safety.
