We are fortunate to have a guest swim coach who is visiting with us from the Netherlands for the next few weeks.

Coach Jay has swum with the Royal Dutch Swimming Federation.  He is a 37 times State Champion.  He holds 18 State records.  He is an 8 times Dutch Champion and holds one Dutch record for the 4×100 Medley, Breaststroke leg. Breaststroke and the IM are his specialties.

He has competed in not only his home country of the Netherlands but also in Ireland, Belgium, Germany and France.

Many of you are getting back into the competitive swim after a relaxed Summer.
